Lingonberries (freeze dried)
Natural source of vitamin C. Without additives. No added sugar, contains only natural sugars.
Scandinavians and indigenous tribes in Northern Canada treat common cold with lingonberries. Wild Lingonberries grow in the Estonian forest and are highly valued and nutrient rich forest berries. Berries naturally contain valuable vitamin C.
Suggestions for use:
Add freeze-dried lingonberries to yoghurt, porridge, and cakes or eat as a snack. Lingonberries are valuable components for
smoothies. These berries can also be used for making tea.
Wild lingonberries (Vaccinium vitis-idaea).
Weight: 15 g. Store in a dry place.
Approximately 150g fresh berries have been used to make 15g freeze-dried berries.
After opening keep in an airtight container to retain crispness. Berries are freeze-dried to lock in their bountiful
nutrients and taste.
