With our idea and Pagar Võtaks bakery knowlege the new product was born for Christmas – tasty, crunchy, vegan Chaga gingerbread.


Ingredients: buckwheat flour*, barley malt syrup*  (barley, sugar, water), rapeseed oil*, cane sugar*, water, oat flour*, barley flour*,  almond flour*, crushed linseed*, baking powder* (corn starch*, citric acid (leavening agent potassium tartrate), bicarbonate soda), cinnamon*, ginger*, chaga powder* 5%, cardamom*, sea salt 0,4%, clove* .
