Suggestions for use:
Add freeze-dried blueberries to yoghurt, porridge and cakes or eat as a snack. Blueberries are valuable components for smoothies. These berries can also be used for making tea.
Ingredients:
Wild blueberries (bilberries) – Vaccinium myrtillus
Weight: 15 g. Store in a dry place.
Approximately 150g fresh berries have been used to make 15g freeze-dried berries.
After opening keep in an airtight container to retain crispness. Berries are freeze-dried to lock in their bountiful nutrients and taste.
